Dr. Seung Hwan Kang (Ph.D., University of Wollongong, Australia) is a lecturer in Computer Information Systems at Payap University. His research primarily focuses on the Semantic Web and Ontology. His recent work is in the area of The Semantic Web Use Cases in a context of Accounting Information Systems (AIS), e-Business, e-Tourism, Knowledge Management. More recently, he is also interested in Open Innovation and Public Health Care Systems. His publications include papers in the IEEE, Springer and Inderscience. He is interested in the following areas for research:
